Refund policy

Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the order.
To request a return, please email us at [your email] or WhatsApp us at [your number] with:

  • Order ID

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Photo of the damaged item

Unboxing video is compulsory for damage claims. No return will be accepted without it.

Exchange

Exchanges are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
We do not allow exchanges for any other reasons.
To request an exchange, follow the same process as returns above.

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For prepaid orders, refund will be credited directly to your bank or wallet.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Important Notes

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the item does not meet our policy conditions.
